A paradigm shift in human health was ushered in with the advent of drugs. Only when delivered correctly and devoid of contaminants will these medications accomplish their goals. Over time, several chemical and instrumental approaches have been developed to estimate medications, allowing them to perform their intended function. It is necessary to identify and quantify these pharmaceutical impurities since they may occur at any point in the development, transit, or storage processes, making the pharmaceutical unsafe to administer. Analytical tools and techniques are crucial for this. Analytical instruments and methodologies are discussed in this study as they pertain to medication quality assessment. This study focuses on the methodologies and techniques used in the examination of medicines, including titrimetric, chromatographic, spectroscopic, electrophoretic, and electrochemical approaches.
